Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return window. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note: For digital products, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once the download or access to the content has begun (pursuant to applicable consumer protection legislation).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipments
Once your return has been approved, you are responsible for organising and completing the return shipment yourself.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- We do not provide return labels or arrange return shipments.
- Items are returned at the customer's own risk and responsibility.
We therefore recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Items returned to us without a prior approved return request cannot be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the situation and find an appropriate solution.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, undamaged, with any tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Diminution in Value
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you as to whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund on their end.
